Brad McDonald
Brad McDonald is a husband, father and designer of leadership transformations. He is on a personal mission to develop 1 million leaders.
He is the Co-founder and Principal of Pattern Talent and the Co-founder and Co-host of The Daily Leader. Since 2016, Brad has been a Certified Executive Coach with Five Capitals. Brad has coached clients serving in the US Army, Chick-fil-A, Techvestor, BoomTown, Barron Heating, Dixon Hall, Restoration Atlanta, Wheaton College, and more.
Brad’s previous career experience includes serving with Impact 360 Institute–founded by the owners of Chick-fil-A, Inc–a higher education innovator focused on cultivating personal transformation and leadership development. Brad served in multiple high-volume Chick-fil-A Restaurants where he executed operational excellence, integrated employee and customer experience.
Brad worked most recently across the Greater Phoenix, AZ area cultivating a small business venture community with assets in commercial and residential real estate, restaurants, retail, media, publishing, innovative education and professional services.
Brad was commissioned in 2008 from Impact 360 Fellows Class II, received a certificate of completion from Chick-fil-A University in SERVE Model Leadership, earned a Bachelors of Arts degree in Theology from The College at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, and studied graduate level business courses at Columbus State University.

Taylor Jessup
Taylor Jessup is a husband and father who is deeply passionate about developing people to become all they are capable of being. Taylor’s leadership journey began when he moved to Africa to serve the underserved through philanthropic initiatives.
Taylor is the Co-founder and Co-host of The Daily Leader and a Certified Executive Coach with Pattern Talent. Taylor serves as a Systems Architect with Bara Agency where he helps entrepreneurs and companies through the architecture of systems and development of automations.
Taylor’s previous career experience includes Sales for one of the nation’s premiere residential real estate firms, high-volume Chick-fil-A restaurant operations and leadership development, managing an auction business, pastoring and launching and supporting philanthropic initiatives in Africa and South America.
Taylor graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a degree in Business Management. He lives and works in Phoenix, Az with his wife Janelle, two children and two dogs.
